ROAM has the knowledge and experience to keep you rolling. A well-maintained bike increases the life of the bike and makes it safer to ride. Bring your bike in for regular ongoing maintenance, one-off repairs, or component upgrades. Our mechanics are ready to help.

How it Works

Bring your bike to the shop during normal hours. One of our mechanics will look over the bike and determine the work needed to be performed and provide you a rough estimate for services and parts.

Once the work is complete, we'll give you a call or text message to let you know your bike is ready for pickup. Then get out and ride!

Service/Repair Q&A

How long will it take to get my bike repaired?

We are currently completing repairs in 1-3 business days (Tuesday-Saturday) once we have the parts needed.

Does ROAM service e-bikes?

Yes, with some caveats. For e-bikes that were not purchased from us, we cannot diagnose motor or battery issues. You will also have to take your battery with you when you leave the store.

We also do not perform any service on bikes that meet the following criteria:

Have aftermarket e-bike conversion kits or modifications installed
Have had the motor/battery/controller/electronics modified from manufacturer specifications in any way
Have a motor over 750W (the state limit to be considered a bicycle)

There is a $30 surcharge to any service performed where the rear wheel on a hub-drive e-bike needs to be removed.

Can I get same-day/walk-in service?

Tire and tube replacements are completed while you wait or same-day, depending on how busy we are. All other services are provided first-come, first-served. No appointment necessary, just bring your bike in when you are ready to drop it off.

Are parts still hard to find?

It depends. Supply chain issues persist. We'll let you know up front as much as we can find out about availability and alternatives.

Tune Up Packages

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Price is for labor, parts additional. Some part replacements may require additional labor costs. We will always contact you to approve additional parts or labor costs before proceeding.

Home Bike Repair

We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your yearly tune ups. We have a selection of essential tools, lubricants and cleaning products. Shop online and pickup your items for free on your next shop visit.
