SMS Text Messaging Program

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from ROAM Bike Shop by texting us at (651) 478-2200, or by providing your mobile phone number and giving your consent in person at our store. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers for our messaging program from third parties.

What We Send

Messages are limited to customer care and transactional messages about your business with us: service and repair updates, notifications that your bike is ready for pickup, appointment reminders, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message Frequency, Rates, and Support

• Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information and Third Parties

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information
